Follow these 6 steps every day for 90 days and watch your life transform

1.Listen

Listen to the Magic Word by Earl Nightingale first thing in the morning.

 

Save the link to have easy access to play the moment your eyes open. Listen while you get up, make your bed, brush your teeth or prepare your coffee.

 

This will change your attitude and your vibrational frequency. (Everyday for at least 90 days) 

2.Self Confidence

Download and print the Self Confidence formula to read out loud with feeling every day in the morning & evening.

 

Please print this out and tape this to your mirror. Read each line and look into your eyes as much as possible. (left eye then right eye)

3. Gratitude

Write out 10 things you are grateful for and really feel the frequency of gratitude.

Gratitude and Affirmations

  • Sometimes we focus too much on the things that are missing in our lives and the things we don't have.

  • How many times have you said "that's not fair" when you have been told you can't get something that you want, or argued that "everyone else has It"...

  • You feel sorry for yourself because you aren't getting what you want

  • This makes you feel bad inside, angry, annoyed and have negative thoughts.

  • YOU are in control, you have the power to change how you feel, just by being grateful for what you already have.

  • Every morning you must be grateful for all the wonderful things you have already, this will immediately make you feel happier and more positive.

  • Every time you feel angry because you are not getting what you want- STOP and THINK- about all the things you already have to be grateful for.

  • Sometimes when you feel sad or angry, you say negative things to yourself "I'm not good enough", "I'm not smart enough" "I'm not beautiful enough". This is not true! But the more often you say it, the more you believe it!

  • Your mind will believe whatever it is told -so lets make it positive!

  • Your self-talk influences how you feel about yourself. When your self-talk is positive, you feel good about who you are. When your self-talk is negative you feel bad about yourself.

  • We must watch and listen for the habit of negative self talk, as soon as it appears CATCH IT and CHANGE IT

  • How do we do this? By replacing the negative with positive as soon as you catch it.

  • Using positive affirmations and saying positive things to yourself, makes your mind focus on the positive and move away from the negative. Saying positive things to yourself like "I am beautiful, I am special, I am confident, I am unique, I believe in me", will shift your mood and make you feel good inside.

  • You must remember every morning to: 

Write down what you are grateful for

Say positive affirmations to yourself and repeat them during the day,

especially when negative self-talk appear.

REMEMBER: CATCH IT AND CHANGE IT
PRACTICE GRATITUDE

4. Goal Time

Write out your goal in the present tense, 3x in the morning, 6x in the afternoon & 9x at night.  (see video of me explaining how to do this). 

5. AutoSuggestion

Record your goal and affirmations onto an app, and listen on loop for 10 minutes. 

You can do this throughout the day, while you are driving or on your lunchtime.

6. Nightly Hypnosis
